- [Commercial Grey FR Vinyl Mattress Cover](https://foamlondon.ca/mattresses/commercial-taupe-fr-vinyl-mattress-cover/): It is used for overnight camps, therapeutic massage tables, correctional and institutional dormitory facilities. This vinyl is flame retardant and designed to be soft and comfortable yet remain its strength and long-lasting durability. Due to the thickness of the vinyl this cover will make your mattress feel firmer. For this reason, we recommend that you choose a slightly softer foam compression when considering this type of cover. It is grey in colour and easy to wipe down.
- [Chemsafe Blue FR Nylon Mattress Cover](https://foamlondon.ca/mattresses/chemsafe-blue-fr-nylon-mattress-cover/): It is bed bug resistant, non-allergenic and very durable. It is commonly used in nursing homes, dormitories or medical applications for its superior waterproof characteristics and ease of cleaning. It is easy to clean and maintain. It is flame retardant, for both the NFPA 701 and CAL 117-2013 Fire specifications. It is softer than our thicker commercial grade vinyl. The waterfall flap, over the zipper, prevents liquid from seeping into the foam core and contaminating the inner part of the mattress.
- [NorthStar Blue Mattress Cover](https://foamlondon.ca/mattresses/northstar-blue-mattress-cover/): This fabric is very durable. It is imported from Germany and made with one of the highest thread counts for mattress fabrics. The Grey Vine fabric uses a new knitting technique to create the impression of a 3D quilted fabric without using any light-weight foam or fibre that can compress pre-maturely and show body impressions. It is particularly suitable for people with sensitive skin thanks to its silky and smooth surface. It also helps to create an extraordinarily warm, dry and comfortable sleep surface.

Easy-care fabric that is highly functional. It stretches to take the shape of your body and then returns to its original shape. One-sided unquilted cover with anti-skid base. This cover is great when used in combination with our eco-friendly foam options. This is an ecological product that is made with materials that are 100% biological. It is a bi-elastic cover that stretches in every direction. The base is made with waterproof anti-slip material. Think Beyond Design.
- [Custom 2-Layer Mattress](https://foamlondon.ca/mattresses/custom-2-layer-mattress/): Use Common Sizes as a guide, or Select custom size, then enter the required dimensions. Select Foam Type of your choice. The last two numbers of the foam type represent the firmness or compression - see foam types. Select a mattress cover from the available cover options below. Add an optional Fireshield Barrier and HealthGuard Mattress Pad to protect your mattress and keep it clean. Other custom sizes and natural options are available at Foamite. What you should know about Mattress Warranty.
- [Pet Bed](https://foamlondon.ca/foam-products/pet-bed/): Determine the sizes by referring to the dimensions of previous foam cushions or the measurements of the new cover. To ensure a snug fit, new foam should be 1/2″ larger in every dimension compared to the cover. Increase the thickness, width, and depth by 1/2″. Apply fiber wrapping to achieve a more rounded appearance for the cushion and prevent the fabric from wrinkling – refer to fibre details for more information. Refer to the table below for available foam options. Higher density foam generally lasts longer before showing signs of sagging or softening.
- [Throw Pillows](https://foamlondon.ca/foam-products/throw-pillows/): Loose fibre alone will make cushion feel softer. Stick foam is more durable and will keep its shape longer. Foam and fibre mix gives you the best of both - initial softness, support and long-lasting durability.
- [Online Payment](https://foamlondon.ca/accessories/online-payment/)
- [Bean Bag Loungers](https://foamlondon.ca/foam-products/bean-bag-loungers/): Our loungers feature superior eco-friendly stick foam instead of traditional shredded foam. Here’s why stick foam is the superior choice for Hamilton: Unlike shredded foam, which can have uneven clumps and lumps due to its torn structure, this foam is cut with a consistent, smooth texture. This foam doesn’t create the dust typically associated with shredded foam, which can escape through fabric pores when you use it. A higher density, more natural eco-friendly choice will offer better shape retention and resist softening with regular use. Many bean bag chairs from importers use lightweight materials that tend to lose their shape and support quickly when you sit or collapse onto them. Our loungers are superior because we use high-quality foam for filling.
- [Necksaver Bamboo Pillow](https://foamlondon.ca/foam-products/necksaver-bamboo-pillow/): This is a very good pillow for people that like a traditional shaped pillow. Most pillows that you buy in stores are filled with light-weight polyester fibre. Fibre pillows usually start out at a 9” thickness but then mat down rather quickly to the point where you need to double them up to get any support. However, when you use too many pillows or pillows that lose their shape, this leads to kinks in your neck. The high-density eco-friendly foam that is used in this pillow will keep its shape longer and provide you with proper comfort a support for a very long time. The foam is non-allergenic and cut into little pieces. It is much better than shredded foam, because there are no lumps or any dust that eventually comes through your pillowcase and makes a mess.
- [Contour Memory Pillow](https://foamlondon.ca/foam-products/contour-memory-pillow/): This pillow is made out of high density (heavy) memory foam that has a soft compression. It is made with 2 different sized lobes 3.5” or 4.5” thick. This way it can be rotated to accommodate people with bigger or smaller shoulders. If you can get used to a pillow like this, its very good to maintain a proper spine alignment in your upper spine and to prevent kinking in your neck which leads to neck pain.
- [Custom Foam Mattress](https://foamlondon.ca/mattresses/custom-foam-core/): Use Common Sizes as a guide, or Select custom size, then enter the required dimensions. - [Fibre Wrap (Cut to Size)](https://foamlondon.ca/foam-products/fibre-wrap/): The standard thickness of fibre used by upholsters and furniture manufacturers is 1.25" thick for cushions that are 3" or thicker. The 0.5" is used for wrapping foam cushions that are < 3" thick. You can add one layer 1.25" thick, use a different thickness of fibre or double it up for extra comfort in back cushions. You can also use a piece of 2" thick fibre, in the centre of a seat cushion, to give your seat a crown look of both sides. Since fibre compresses easily, you do not need to make an allowance for the fibre when deciding on your foam size or thickness.
- [Round Ottoman](https://foamlondon.ca/foam/round-ottoman/): Fill in the sizes based on old foam cushions or new cover size.
